Manage pipeline in respect to: Voice of the Customer, Executing on the Monthly Funding Goal, Managing Loan Velocity, Managing Closing Dates, Phone Metrics, Quality Assurance/Control Results
Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions
Develops and maintains strong business relationships with Retail, Product, and other business partners, facilitates partnership meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
3+ Years Residential Mortgage or Consumer Lending loan experience of conventional, FHA, and VA loans or Consumer Loan experience
Must have management experience 2+ years
Extensive working knowledge of residential loan documentation
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent PC skills and familiarity with standard office equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, possessing excellent organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
Knowledge of regulatory, Investor and departmental policies for compliance and residential lending laws.
