About the role
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of non-personal promotion (NPP) tactics
- Own and manage the US Rare Endocrine overall budget
- Oversee PROMOS management and assess utilization and effectiveness of sales force materials
- Support the team with label update planning and project management
- Responsible for fostering a productive agency relationship and managing all projects within allocated budget
- Collaborate closely with cross functional team members including Medical, Regulatory, Legal, CMO, ISS, and Digital
- Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4+ years of experience; OR a master’s degree with at least 2+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years experience
- Marketing experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate internal organization/processes and begin influencing key stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a change agile mindset
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works proactively
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong understanding of Finance systems and processes to achieve assigned work
- Competency with spreadsheets (comfortable with data manipulation & customizing reports)
