About the role
- Lead strategic and operational efforts to enable Gross-to-Net (GtN) analyses and insights across the Pfizer portfolio
- Shape and execute the GtN data roadmap; partner with DSM, PAI, Finance, Digital, Global Access & Value and third-party vendors
- Define approaches to drive meaningful insights leveraging internal and external data to produce analytics-ready datasets
- Guide ingestion, provisioning, transformation, and governance of GtN data assets
- Collaborate with Performance Analytics & Insights to design, prototype, test, refine, and validate analytics-ready data assets
- Translate complex GtN financial and business needs into clear, actionable data requirements
- Identify automation opportunities and drive scalability, reliability, and operational excellence in GtN data pipelines
- Establish and enforce data quality management practices and monitor industry/regulatory trends
- Drive cross-functional alignment, efficient ways of working, and enablement for analytics teams
Requirements
- 8+ years (with BA/BS degree) or 7+ years (with Master’s degree) of experience in data strategy, data management and/or commercial analytics, ideally in the biopharma or healthcare industry
- Deep understanding of key data types/sources in commercial analytics, particularly for Gross-to-Net insights, financial forecasting, payer analytics, contracting strategy
- Robust knowledge of core data integration and data model design approaches
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate business needs into data strategies and solutions
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Python, Tableau/Power BI, dbt
- Preferred: building scalable solutions across multiple brands/therapeutic areas, partnering with Digital/IT to implement production-level data solutions, Agile methodologies, data product management, working with third-party vendors
- Must be able to work in assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week; role is NOT remote
