- We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to join our team.
- You will play a crucial role in leading and managing operations for ongoing client engagements for our life sciences/pharma clients. You will be responsible for project leadership, team management, enhancing data processes, and managing client relationships. This position requires a blend of leadership, analytical expertise, and industry knowledge.

Requirements
- Bachelor or advanced degree with 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.
- Strong understanding of Pharma commercial functions, specifically: Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
- Coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL, etc.) and experience working with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills required.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective leadership, people management, and project management skills.
- Experience as a team leader or people manager.
- Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
