• Generate vendor payment on weekly schedule and confirm payments with backup for review.

• Provide vital support to Talent Partners and play an active role in shaping the future of the workforce.
• Serve as the backbone of talent programs by documenting key conversations with business leaders, tracking development progress, and assisting with talent assessments, succession planning, performance reviews, and critical role analysis.
• Capture and document meetings between Talent Partners and business leaders, highlighting themes around performance, skills, and development.
• Track learning and development program participation and outcomes to measure ROI and impact.
• Maintain accurate records of development plans, nine-box data, and talent review materials.
• Support the creation of materials for succession planning, workforce strategy, and performance discussions.
• Build strong working knowledge of Perry Homes’ talent tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Partner with Learning & Development to ensure accurate documentation of training progress and completions.
• Prepare and contribute to talent dashboards, reports, and insights for HR leadership.
• Actively participate in team meetings with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.

Talent Management Specialist

Video Editor

• The Video Production Intern will provide general support to the Marketing department by assisting with tasks, assignments, and projects relating to digital media functions. Including but not limited to, video direction, production, shooting, and editing.
• Responsibilities
• Assist with current Marketing video projects and initiatives.
• Work with staff to access and analyze video projects and video production capabilities.
• Plan, storyboard, and shoot video projects along with post-production editing, and upload with manager supervision and approval.
• Complete post-production work including assembling raw footage, researching, and assisting in scriptwriting, video cutting and editing, music selection, and delivery of rough and final products.
• Plan out weekly production schedule.
• Coordinate with key video project stakeholders to ensure the project goal is met.
• Assist with content management and organization.
• Pitch and produce your own ideas with the support of the Perry creative team.
• Support social media efforts by elevating the content strategy with educational and relevant video projects.
• Support the Perry Homes Texas YouTube channel by providing SEO tagging, thumbnail creation, and overall channel healthy building.

Project Manager

• The Project Coordinator is responsible for processing new home starts for assigned markets, and reviewing and compiling essential documents to support both internal and external stakeholders.
• This role collaborates closely with Division Presidents, Construction teams, and other departments providing critical support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Process new home starts for assigned markets, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Review, compile, and manage critical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with department standards.
• Collaborate with Division Presidents, Construction teams, and various departments to ensure alignment.
• Provide support to the assigned market team, assisting with special projects as needed.
