• Responsible for processing interior selections and enhancement change orders by following collections.
• Collaborate with the entire team to develop interior design collections for our inventory homes that align with the unique requirements of each market and incorporate cutting-edge design trends.
• Handle Model Home enhancement change orders and provide occasional assistance to Model Home Designers in curating selections.
• Maintain Selections matrix to track collection usage within a community.

Accountant

• Review daily cash activity companywide and ensure bank transactions are accurately identified, coded, supported, and recorded.
• Prepare and submit journal entries to accurately record cash, banking, and other financial transactions of the Company, including but not limited to the following:
• Lot and land acquisitions;
• Job costs and overhead expenses; and
• Monthly accruals.
• Prepare ledger and account reconciliations, including researching variances, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Prepare and maintain schedules and reports to track, analyze, and communicate treasury-related and financial activity of the Company, including but not limited to the following:

• **About The Role**
• The Product Owner will sit within Perry Homes IT PMO and will be responsible for supporting business units and business critical systems. They will partner with stakeholders to understand their challenges and opportunities and identify both process and technical solutions to address. Leveraging inputs from stakeholders, market and customer research, and quantitative analysis, they will partner with business owners to build and maintain product backlogs and roadmaps and will guide product teams to deliver to their roadmaps.

• **About The Role**
• This position supports both local and field users, including those at our General Offices as well as sales and construction offices. This position requires the deployment, replacement, repair and troubleshooting of windows desktops, notebooks, Microsoft Surface devices and other mobile devices such as cell phones, tablets, and Apple iPads. The position also involves the deployment and troubleshooting of printers, copiers, plotters, scanners, phones, webcams, wireless music streaming devices, home automation equipment, multi-media equipment, large displays, wireless hotspots, mobile devices, video conferencing equipment, and other networking equipment as needed.
• **What You’ll Do**
• - Monitor incoming service request and ensure requests are logged properly and promptly. All incoming calls for requests are also to be logged and assigned using Fresh Service.
• - Provide corporate, sales and construction users with technical support on-site, at the Houston General office, Dallas Main Office and other field locations over the phone, via email, or by utilization of remote assistance tools.
• - Provide technical support for internet and network related issues; troubleshoot and report outages to internet service providers while staying in communication with the Servicedesk and Infrastructure group, with the objective of prompt service recovery.
