About the role
- Lead the execution of our portfolio strategy across a designated geography and channel
- Work closely with distributor partners and internal teams
- Drive performance, ensuring alignment with regional priorities
- Use data to identify opportunities and deliver results
- Manage key account relationships and ensure execution of national and local programs
- Partner with distributor leadership to build and execute local plans aligned with financial goals and KPIs
- Track forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, and provide monthly performance updates
- Train, coach, and motivate distributor sales teams to drive execution and brand growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 5–7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods, with a strong track record of distributor management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using data tools to drive strategy and execution
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Flexible work policy, with most of our positions offering a hybrid option with flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week
