About the role
- Enable, Support and Drive execution against NADL portfolio plans and programs in designated state.
- Work with TX Whiskey / NADL leadership teams to discuss current business updates, challenges and opportunities.
- Drive and enable TX Whiskey / NADL priorities and opportunities through PRUSA and distributor commercial teams.
- Support our TX Whiskey/NADL Global Brand Ambassador in creating trade and consumer brand equity.
- Ensure data-driven decision making in assigned State through the utilization of data dashboards.
- Collaborate with Distributors, Field Marketing, and Customer Development Team to ensure compliance and track progress against goals.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in wine, spirits, or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to drive strategy, manage distributor relationships, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience using digital tools and data to inform business decisions.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
