Our approach to product discovery, UX, and feature development is heavily influenced by the principles described in Inspired by Marty Cagan, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and continuous validation. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with product teams based in the United States and India.
• Position Overview
• In this role, you’ll be driving impactful platform enhancements and creative new feature development. You’ll leverage your bias toward action; knowledge of the data, our market, and our unique users; and passion for creating best-in-class products to break down complex problems into steps that create product improvements at a rapid speed.
• You will build the product roadmap and launch meaningful new features for your product area while working closely with product and company leadership. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to build a product that our users love. Because this role encompasses owning product development from concept to launch, you must also be willing to roll up your sleeves and take on the day-to-day project management required to deliver on your vision.

Senior Product Manager

Account Executive

• Drive growth by identifying, developing, and closing new Higher Education clients and programs to expand the PeopleGrove+CORE customer base.
• Deliver compelling demos of complex SaaS solutions and act as the solution expert throughout the sales process.
• Leverage industry expertise to identify opportunities, build credibility, and align institutional needs with CORE’s solutions.
• Cultivate trust with senior decision-makers (CIOs, deans, program directors, clinical coordinators) and build proposals that drive adoption.
• Cross-sell the full PeopleGrove/CORE portfolio to maximize client value.
• Manage your territory with autonomy, maintaining national office hours and applying expertise in experiential learning, clinical education, curricular mapping, assessment, and accreditation as key differentiators.

Sales Development Rep

• Identify and research potential clients, including decision-makers at institutions such as CIOs, deans, program directors, and clinical coordinators.
• Conduct initial outreach through calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest in CORE’s suite of solutions.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs and determining fit with CORE’s technology for experiential learning, clinical education, curricular mapping, and accreditation management.
• Schedule product demonstrations and support senior sales team members in moving opportunities through the pipeline.
• Learn to adopt a consultative approach by listening, asking questions, and positioning CORE’s offerings as mission-critical to institutional success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort in reaching out to new people and building relationships.
• Curiosity about higher education, health sciences, and SaaS technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge and capability with MS Suite
• Generate and qualify leads (warm, cold, event-based, inbound).
• Follow up on demo requests and set qualified appointments (avg. 10 per month).
• Manage outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and CRM tools (Salesforce/Salesloft).
• Maintain detailed notes and ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to AEs.
• Support pipeline management, lead re-engagement, RFPs, contracts, and sales collateral.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and maintain sales/marketing performance tracking.
• Conduct market and competitor research; provide insights to Sales & Marketing.
• Assist with tradeshows, events, and cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to sales goals and overall revenue growth.

Sales Development Representative

• Design and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, content, and webinars.
• Leverage HubSpot for campaign automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation.
• Develop landing pages and A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
• Manage and refine paid acquisition efforts (PPC, retargeting, social ads).
• Own the lead-to-revenue funnel, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales to optimize MQL-to-SQL handoff and pipeline contribution.
• Implement and evolve lead scoring models based on engagement and fit.
• Measure performance against KPIs and monitor ROI, CPL, CPA, and pipeline impact for all campaigns.
• Build and deliver actionable performance dashboards in HubSpot.
• Use data-driven insights to continually improve targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
• Partner with marketing team members to turn thought leadership, customer stories, and events into demand-driving assets.
• Repurpose content for multiple channels to maximize reach and impact.
• Maintain a shared marketing calendar to ensure alignment across campaigns and events.
• Document and refine demand generation processes for scalability.
• Drive sales and marketing alignment through regular check-ins and shared performance reviews.
