About the role
- Provide exemplary customer service to candidates, testing centers, and other stakeholders through email, chat, and phone
- Oversee secure and fair conduct of certification exams at designated testing centers or online platforms (online proctoring)
- Enforce exam rules and protocols and handle technical/procedural issues during exams
- Execute back-office exam operations: exam registrations, scheduling, result processing, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Work effectively in a team environment and carry out flexible, customer-centric duties across multiple time zones

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (asset)
- Previous experience in similar position/function (asset)
- Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields (advantage)
- Passionate about customer satisfaction
- Excellent command of English & German (native-like or C2 level; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate a plus)
- Advanced computer literacy (ECDL Advance level certification a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including nightshifts, weekends and holidays)
- Willingness to undergo background checks for SELT duties (DBS, Right to Work, BPSS/CTC, financial and employment checks)
