About the role
- Lead all aspects of the product lifecycle for multiple mobile and web products (strategy, design, implementation, release)
- Define product vision, strategy, unique value proposition, business model and pricing where relevant
- Develop and manage product roadmaps and represent the product internally and externally
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across the organization
- Assist in fundraising activities and support business owners in securing funding
- Direct and oversee product research including user research, market and competitor analysis
- Establish continuous user feedback and engagement loops
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog; scope backlog items, write user stories and wireframe where needed
- Provide day-to-day support to the delivery team and coordinate across distributed teams
- Ensure product increments are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Measure product and feature adoption and relevant metrics
- Lead user acceptance tests, user trainings, and provide technical support for users
- Maintain clear technical documentation, user guides and release notes
- Identify resource needs and request personnel, technology, data and financial resources; optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate with procurement, cybersecurity, compliance, data protection, legal and financial specialists and support during product audits
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external vendors; report to Digital Unit Lead
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, users and team members of different cultural backgrounds
- Experience with negotiation with and managing expectations of stakeholders at senior level
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucid; experience working with Figma and Clarity (or other product analytics tool) is an advantage
- Experience working in distributed teams across time zones
- Experience working on early-stage products is a plus
- Passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with emerging trends in product management within the NGO sector
- Fluency in English is a must; Czech language is an advantage
