• Oversee development teams and advocate for their needs.
• Work with other producers to establish realistic schedules and mitigate risks and blockers.
• Engage with internal groups during the development process and communicate with the publisher and external vendors.
• Manage cross-disciplinary development teams and represent their needs.
• Work with other producers to create realistic timelines, identify dependencies, and align on priorities.
• Identify potential risks related to different solutions and understand the trade-offs of each option.
• Present options clearly to the Head of Production.
