About the role
- Track the delivery process of assets from external vendors, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate schedules and task assignments across multiple art teams.
- Facilitate clear, timely communication and feedback between internal artists and vendors.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain tracking tools and documentation to ensure all teams have up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with internal leads, producers, and technical teams to ensure smooth production pipelines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in art production, project coordination, or production management in a game development environment.
- Experience managing multiple asset pipelines and external vendors.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with project tracking and management tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
