About the role
- Generate pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Engage leads, uncover pain points, and book meetings for field sales.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and report on KPIs.
- Partner with sales/marketing to refine messaging and territory plan.
- Shadow existing Team Leads and contribute to coaching sessions.
- Present cadences, scripts, and performance wins.
- Analyze team metrics, pipeline health, and voice-of-customer trends.
- Help screen peers and assist with SDR onboarding.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment out of our Denver, CO office.
- 1+ years of outbound-focused sales or customer-facing experience.
- Consistent quota overachievement.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Organized, persistent, and driven in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Highly organized and strong time management skills.
- Energy, Hustle, Persistence and Grit.
- Bonus Points: Experience in Cyber Security software – Major advantage.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge of SDR sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator, 6sense and other sales enablement tools.
- Bonus Points: Experience mentoring peers or sharing best practices.
