• Generate pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Engage leads, uncover pain points, and book meetings for field sales.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and report on KPIs.
• Partner with sales/marketing to refine messaging and territory plan.
• Shadow existing Team Leads and contribute to coaching sessions as a future Team Lead.
• Present cadences, scripts, and performance wins to share best practices.
• Analyze team metrics, pipeline health, and voice-of-customer trends and report insights.
• Support hiring & onboarding by helping screen peers and assist with SDR onboarding.
