About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and ship features across the platform, from architecture through production
Own components end-to-end, including performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability
Partner with product managers, security researchers, and other engineers to turn hard problems into shippable products
Lead the integration of AI capabilities (LLMs, agents) into the product where they create real user value
Drive adoption of modern AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot in daily workflows
Mentor the team to improve AI-driven development
Raise the bar on code quality, review culture, and technical decisions
Mentor other engineers and contribute to how the team works

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience building and shipping production software
Strong fundamentals in software design, data structures, and system architecture
Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping features end-to-end, from initial architecture to production
Proven experience developing and integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, AI agents, or ML pipelines) into production systems
Comfort working across the stack and picking up new technologies quickly
Advanced proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) in real work, with the ability to lead AI-driven workflows across the team
Background in cybersecurity, offensive security, or infrastructure-heavy products
Experience in a high-growth startup environment
Open source contributions or technical writing
