About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists.
- Partner with the VP of Human Resources to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs on the employee lifecycle, employee relations, engagement, organization design, and retention strategies.
- Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, gaming compliance, reporting, and improve HR processes where needed.
- Partner with the Project Management Office to lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.
- Communicate HR policies and initiatives effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance employee experience and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in both strategic HR business partnering and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR systems, compensation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a technology or product-driven environment is highly desirable.
