About the role
- Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while driving sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentations and closing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, conversion strategies, and overall performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of hitting targets (B2B and B2C experience required).
- Neutral English accent with excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated by commissions, bonuses, and performance-based incentives.
- Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and close deals.
