Data Analyst

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytic tools using BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Partner with teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver data insights that drive business decisions.
• Automate recurring reporting and data workflows using SQL, DBT, and lightweight scripting (Python or Apps Script).
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all reporting pipelines.
• Analyze end-to-end customer journeys, funnels, drop-off points, and friction patterns to surface actionable product opportunities.
• Work with PMs and Engineers to define success metrics, design A/B tests, and measure feature impact.
• Evaluate product changes, including adoption patterns, retention effects, and impacts on core KPIs.
• Build and monitor key product health dashboards (activation, retention, conversion, engagement).
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into user behaviors to understand why customers succeed or churn.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and stories that influence product strategy.
• Experiment with AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) to streamline data exploration, automate repetitive tasks, and generate faster insights.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve internal workflows or reporting efficiency.
• Partner with senior team members on small-scale experiments involving LLMs or natural language analytics — building your skillset as you go.
• Contribute to a culture of AI curiosity, responsible experimentation, and applied innovation within the analytics team.

Support Engineer

• Follow-up and see through resolutions on customer inquiries across channels, including phone calls, emails, and Helpdesk requests, while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating
• Craft informative, timely, and instructional messages in response to product- and tech-related queries
• Active participant in team meetings and in assisting other colleagues across the company
• Represent the voice of our customers internally at Peek by sharing customer feedback using Zendesk processes
• Learn Peek’s rapidly evolving products; contribute suggestions from your built experience on updating our Helpdesk and templates to keep pace with these changes
• Meet monthly Items per month, CSat and QA minimums and develop consistent performance

Technical Support Representative

• Prospect amazing activity operators out there and find new leads as potential sales opportunities.
• Set up meetings or calls between prospective partners and Account Executives.
• Collaborate with the team on account strategy, demand generation, activities, and results. Multitask and prioritize and complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
• Build pipeline using proven sales methodologies.
• Ensure all data is properly maintained and updated in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Peek products and technologies, territories, accounts, competitors, industry trends, etc.
• Identify partner needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Customize product solutions and present new perspectives that challenge the way customers understand their business.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Demo and close inbound leads that fall below specific requirements for sales team engagements.
• Complete administrative responsibilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Learn complex concepts quickly and independently.

Revenue Operations

• As the Revenue Strategy & Insights Analyst, you are the chief architect of data‑driven growth strategy; building finance‑grade forecasting models, translating pipeline signals into actionable insights, and partnering with Finance and GTM leadership to keep bookings and revenue within ±5 % of plan.
• You’ll blend advanced analytics with sharp business storytelling to illuminate the levers that accelerate ARR, optimize quota design, and de‑risk our quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain bottoms‑up pipeline capacity models for New Business and Existing Business (Expansion / Retention); refresh weekly.
• Partner with Finance on annual planning and quarterly revenue forecasts; own GTM model assumptions and variance analysis.
• Design quota & territory scenarios; advise on compensation plan economics.
• Run trend analyses on conversion funnels, productivity, retention; surface insights in executive dashboards & decks.
• Develop automated reporting (Python/SQL notebooks, Custom GPTs, etc.) to replace manual spreadsheet models.
• Present findings in MBRs and relevant team meetings; drive consensus on growth levers.
• Serve as RevOps liaison to Finance, GTM leadership, and BI.
