Key responsibilities & impact

Grow relationships with operators, wholesale partners, resellers, online travel agencies (OTAs), and tour desks throughout Hawaiʻi.
Leverage your existing tourism network to generate warm leads, referrals, and partnership opportunities that contribute to the commercial pipeline.
Represent Peek at industry events, trade shows, tourism organizations, and operator meetings across the islands.
Become the leading expert on Peek Pro within the Hawaiʻi market.
Develop Hawaiʻi-specific use cases, workflows, and demo scenarios tailored to local operators.
Gather operator feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights and share them with internal stakeholders.
Own post-onboarding relationships with operators to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, B2B sales, account management, or a related commercial role, ideally within tourism, hospitality, travel, or SaaS.
Deep knowledge of the Hawaiʻi tourism landscape, including operators, distribution channels, wholesale partnerships, and market dynamics.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and create value through partnerships and relationships.
A passion for technology and the ability to quickly develop deep product expertise.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
