About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance across multiple LOBs
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Create and optimize AI prompts to support automation and enhance reporting processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms
- Prepare and present reports and insights to managers and leadership teams through clear visualizations and presentations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations
- Stay updated on analytics tools and best practices to drive innovation in reporting
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt creation for automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities
- Ability to work UK business hours
- Office-based (Mandaluyong City) with potential hybrid after probation
