About the role
- Deliver research, analyses, and strategic insights to develop and refine pricing and packaging strategies for products and services
- Provide support to the Pricing & Packaging team with high attention to detail
- Research, analyze, and document findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Create and execute pricing and packaging strategies based on data-driven analyses to accelerate revenue growth and profitability
- Analyze complex data and identify trends and leading indicators for new business models, optimizations, and monetization
- Model financial impact of initiatives (pricing levels, pricing models, packaging options)
- Prepare and present recommendations to leadership teams
- Assist with implementation, testing, and rollout of pricing and packaging initiatives
- Manage the price lists by product
- Provide guidance and updates based on market and competitive behavior
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to drive growth through pricing and packaging initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business and partner requirements
- Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues
- Efficient project management skills and organization skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaing high quality results
- Ability to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders in cross-functional teams and comfortable working with all levels of leadership
- Professional presence suitable for interaction in meetings, in-person, or via email, as well as at internal and external facing events
- Knowledge of Excel, data visualization tools, or other data/pricing analytical tools including Generative AI tools
- Detail-oriented and self-driven
