About the role

  • Join Ford Business Solutions Product Development Finance team in Szentendre
  • Drive smarter investment decisions by leading financial automation and tooling
  • Lead development of RoA metric for program milestone approvals and portfolio management
  • Prepare Calls On Capital reports for Global Capital Expenditure
  • Own and maintain global CapEx and D&A reporting tools and dashboards
  • Design and deploy data solutions using Power BI & Alteryx; handle dashboard data loads and reconcile to IMPRS allocations
  • Support transition to segment-based team setup and lead CapEx process redesign with automation
  • Integrate AI into financial processes and prepare ad-hoc investment analysis for senior management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Financial Reporting, Treasury, Investment Efficiency and Global Engineering

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Math, or Computer Science
  • Strong data mindset with proven experience in Excel and Alteryx (Power BI a big plus!)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Alteryx; VBA experience
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – in English
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior exposure to automated financial reporting is a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills; experience engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
