Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates
Comply with all exams testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment
Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules
Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test
Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as our IT department to fix any technical issues in the Test Centre
Perform some housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary
Ensure the candidate experience is a positive one by providing an exceptional customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment
Work a variety of shifts according to business needs (Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri - 7.30 to 16.15 / Sat - 7.30 to 12.15 / Thurs - 7.30 to 13.30 / 13.15 to 19.15 Alternate Saturdays)
Requirements
School qualifications in English and Maths
Highly confident and skilled with computers (strong computer literacy)
It would be an advantage to have some experience of working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Flexible to work different days and times and comfortable in a quiet testing environment
Availability to work a variety of shifts any day Monday through Sunday, including early mornings, late nights and weekends
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Excellent attention to detail and ability to monitor for restricted behaviour and notice details from a distance
Able to escort candidates to and from exam/testing room
