About the role
- Investigate disputes using computer systems and resolve complex issues
- Respond to customers in writing or verbally
- Act as coach and trainer to new employees
- Support system testing projects due to technical proficiency
- May support an expansive array of products/services and include Control Checker work
- Apply research, information gathering and analysis skills to factual information
- Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policies
Requirements
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on-site 3 days a week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, with start times between 7:00am and 10:30am for an 8hr shift
- May act as coach and trainer to new employees
- Technical/administrative expertise and ability to apply specialized functional area skills
