About the role
- Support and execute day-to-day affiliate marketing operations across Pearl West brands
- Research, evaluate, and source high-quality affiliate publishers, creators, and media partners
- Lead outreach via email and affiliate platforms to onboard new partners
- Help manage and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates and publishers
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date performance tracking in Google Sheets
- Track affiliate-driven sales, commissions, margins, and overall profitability
- Analyze commission rates and publisher performance to drive optimization decisions
- Assist with campaigns across Levanta, Wayward, Costingtons, and Amazon Creator Connections
- Coordinate paid article placements and commission-based affiliate partnerships
- Monitor live articles, affiliate links, and publisher content for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure affiliate links correctly route traffic to Amazon listings
- Flag high-performing partners and identify scale opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing (intermediate to expert level)
- Amazon seller or Amazon affiliate ecosystem experience
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Levanta, Wayward, Costingtons, or similar
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (tracking, reporting, analysis)
- Clear understanding of commission models, margins, and profitability
- Experience doing affiliate outreach and publisher communication
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and execution-focused
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data
