Customer Success Manager

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new provider groups to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
• Support Customer Success Managers in managing the day-to-day needs of our enterprise accounts, including product adoption, performance reporting, and workflow design.
• Manage key projects and workstreams, applying your project management skills to keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned and deadlines met.
• Develop and prepare materials for customer touchpoints, including agendas for working sessions, training calls, and business reviews.
• Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams—including Practice Transformation, Data Science, and ACO Operations—to coordinate deliverables.
• Analyze customer performance data to help develop reports and summaries for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the customer by documenting their feedback and escalating potential issues or risks to senior team members.

Customer Success Associate

• Report directly to the CEO and act as an internal special operator deployed across the company to lead critical, time-sensitive initiatives
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives from conception through completion across product, operations, and go-to-market teams
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to identify, define, and prioritize the company’s most pressing challenges and opportunities
• Embed within different teams to rapidly assess complex situations, build actionable plans, and execute with speed and precision
• Drive alignment and momentum on cross-functional projects, managing complex timelines and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels
• Serve as the connective tissue between teams: crunch numbers, build presentations, manage partnerships, or launch pilots as needed

Senior Director, Strategy and Operations

• Shape how primary care providers succeed in value-based care by leading critical, cross-functional initiatives that translate complex performance data into actionable, tech-enabled services and product pilots.
• Own and execute initiatives designed to improve client performance and help shape the capabilities built into the Pearl Platform.
• Manage and scale our patient engagement services, experimenting with technologies like AI to compliantly deploy them to more practices.
• Support the development and deployment of our client performance management system, including capabilities for preferred network management.
• Collaborate with partners across R&D, Customer Success, Clinical Strategy, and Analytics to manage relationships that are critical to success in value-based care.
• Identify opportunities for improvement across our products and operations, making structured, data-driven recommendations as we continue to scale.
• Build and operate scalable systems to track the leading and lagging indicators of success across your initiatives.
• Support core team functions to help maintain our team’s effectiveness and efficiency.

• Partner with executive leadership across the company to establish the DS&A team's strategic priorities and ensure bidirectional alignment with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DS&A managers and Principal Data Scientists, fostering their professional growth and career progression.
• Define the team's multi-year research trajectory in collaboration with the Chief Data Science Officer, identifying new opportunities and fostering innovation.
• Establish and refine robust frameworks and best practices for research, quality assurance, and operational efficiency to maximize your team's impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Operations leadership to envision and build a scalable, secure MLOps environment that meets future research and product needs.
