• Serve as the strategic operational and analytic engine for our Quality Performance initiatives, helping to manage performance and build scalable systems to support continued improvement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives related to the efficient and seamless operation of our Medicare ACOs with an emphasis on quality performance and management.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives related to the efficient and seamless operation of our Medicare ACOs, including voluntary alignment, provider submission, CMS communications, and much more.
• Engage in the CMS submission process of information to contractual partners on behalf of our providers and ensure adherence to all ACO program-related requirements.
• Collaborate and manage touch-points with external stakeholders, including the federal government, national advocacy organizations, and other partners.

Senior Associate, ACO Operations

Attorney

• Manage the end-to-end workflow of legal requests, contract administration, and compliance tracking while supporting multiple cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) system AI Playbooks, including active training of AI models to learn Pearl's contracting approach and processes.
• Perform first-pass of contract redlines based on counterparty feedback.
• Negotiate certain contract terms within established guardrails (e.g., NDAs).
• Collaborate with technical team to deploy internal legal/compliance ai agent.
• Coordinate internal compliance training programs and maintain training repository.

Legal and Compliance Operations Manager

• Drive the systems and processes behind Pearl Health’s growth engine

Director, Growth Operations – Systems

Product Specialist

• Serve as the first line of response for inbound product support requests submitted by Customer Success, covering everything from bug investigations to in-depth questions about product behavior and functionality.
• Independently investigate and resolve the vast majority of requests — developing deep product knowledge to triage issues accurately and efficiently without defaulting to escalation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Data Operations, and Data Analytics when issues require deeper technical investigation or signal a broader product gap, providing clear, well-documented context to accelerate their work.
• Become the go-to resource for understanding how the product works in practice — bridging the gap between what's documented and what clients actually experience.
• Analyze patterns across support tickets to surface recurring themes, product gaps, and opportunities to resolve issues further upstream.
• Synthesize learnings into actionable outputs for stakeholder teams, owning the action items directly whenever possible

Program Manager

• Lead the day-to-day program operations and analytics of our PPN, transforming complex claims data into actionable insights and strategic growth opportunities.
• Analyze complex claims data to identify high-impact PPN targets and provide data-driven recommendations for network optimization.
• Help the team execute on key stages of the partnership lifecycle, from assisting with initial pitches to successfully executing contracts before annual CMS deadlines.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for our external relationships with the ability to grow and lead these relationships over time.

• Execute the design and development of robust data transformation pipelines. You will focus on modularity, performance optimization, and maintainability, ensuring our data assets scale with our data volume.
