• Upload legal contracts into Ironclad, manage version control, and ensure accuracy of data

• Own the client relationship from first introduction through long-term performance: including initial VBC readiness assessment, business development support, onboarding, performance enablement, and retention

• Design and own the operating model that connects pre-sale intelligence directly into post-sale transformation activities, eliminating handoff gaps between growth and customer success

• Build and own the feedback loop: translate issues, escalations, and performance patterns into durable rules the team acts against consistently

• This 4-month contract role owns end-to-end Growth contracting operations during the peak May–September period, supporting 100+ new and renewal contracts.
• It's a hands-on execution role managing parallel workflows, partnering across Legal, CS, and ACO Operations, and working directly in CRM/CLM systems.
• You’ll serve as the operational hub for the contracting pipeline during the highest-volume season.
• Review outgoing contracts for completeness and accuracy prior to send.
• Coordinate redline reviews between Growth, Legal, and counterparties, including managed version control, track open issues, and ensure the right stakeholders are looped at each stage.
• Send finalized contracts for signature and track execution status through close.

• Serve as the operational point of contact for contracts requiring escalation, including flag issues clearly, route to Legal with appropriate context, and track resolution.
