• The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing marketing efforts and brand initiatives that will help broaden the base of paying users.
• This includes digital media campaigns, partner marketing programs, Endurance Coaching Summit communication, and ambassador program communication.
• As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the organization and logistics of events for Music Brands (Alfred Music and MakeMusic), which can include conferences, digital events, and reading sessions, amongst other types of events.
• You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with clinicians, dealers, and event organizers.
• Ability to conduct post-event analysis and reporting, in conjunction with Marketing Events Specialist and Manager, Events.
• Regular professional interaction with colleagues, vendors, partners and customers.

Marketing Coordinator – Events

Social Media Manager

• Work closely with the marketing leads and other key stakeholders to create social media campaigns that support our Brand, Growth, and Product marketing strategies.
• Source and create original, topical, on-brand content from industry leaders, partners, influencers, and existing in-house content sources.
• Generate creative scripting and storyboarding to produce high-value content.
• Create compelling visuals, video, audio, copy and other platform-native content, including capture and editing.
• Demonstrate mastery of the TrainHeroic voice, tone, and visual style by ensuring all social media content adheres to brand guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to engage and work with social media influencers, build influencer marketing strategies and campaigns, and collaborate with influencers to activate their networks.
• Manage our content calendar and post to social channels daily.
• Track and analyze social media and advocacy analytics, and utilize the data to gain insights and positively affect future outcomes.
• Stay up to date on changes, trends, and best practices across social media platforms.
• Identify opportunities to engage with potential customers.
• Drive organic engagement and traffic to our marketing website.
• Create and manage a community of super users through tools like Broadcast Channels, ManyChat and Close Friends lists.
• Monitor all social channels and respond appropriately to customer feedback.
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify coaches and athletes for testimonials and/or case studies.
• Actively look for opportunities for photo or video shoots to fill the content library with non-stock assets.
• Manage and organize a robust digital content/asset library using a digital asset management (DAM) system.
• Seek opportunities to create user-generated content (UGC) with existing customers and influencers.
• Work closely with other members of the marketing team to bring stories and experiences to life.
• Coach and mentor junior team members who are actively involved in social media as part of their role.

Customer Support

• Ensure smooth and efficient order processing during peak back-to-school season.
• Engage directly with customers via telephone and online communications to quickly and accurately process and activate orders.
• Assist with essential Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data cleanup and organization.
• Expedite customer order placement and purchase activation.
• Resolve technical purchase-related inquiries and basic product activation issues.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional relevant products.
• Collaborate with teams to provide exceptional service and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Submit and manage product issues and bugs to the Product and/or Engineering teams as appropriate.

Account Manager

• Manage a high-volume book of business within our scale segment, leveraging "one-to-many" strategies to drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Grow your assigned book of business by anticipating and proactively servicing your customers' needs, using data to identify opportunities for deeper adoption across your territory.
• Monitor client accounts, listen to customer feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction, acting as a representative of the customer internally.
• Meet or exceed a quota of renewals and expansions.
• Respond to inbound communications in a timely fashion, process orders, activate subscriptions, and in coordination with the Implementation and Support team, provide training and support when needed to assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of changes such as point of contact, contract updates, activities, notes, and renewals in Hubspot.
• Partner with sales to drive the upsell of subscriptions in organizations, thus increasing the overall revenues and the number of high-value and mid-value accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with current customers as a part of the expansion motion, identifying opportunities to offer additional solutions.

• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on efforts to forecast and identify growth opportunities within your territory.
• Create and execute "human-centric" customer marketing materials, including automated email sequences, in-app guides, etc. that feel like a 1:1 conversation.
• Develop digital success motions that guide customers through key milestones in their journey without requiring manual intervention for every step.
• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for customer outreach that educates users on best practices and drives deeper product adoption.
• Partner with the team to co-design the logic for automated customer journeys.
• Leverage the tech stack (Hubspot and automation tools) to organize daily tasks and build workflows that make managing hundreds of accounts seamless.
