• As Product Marketing Manager, you are part of a cross-functional team responsible for strategic marketing initiatives for the company.
• In close collaboration with the Product, Brand & Social Media, Design, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, UX and other members of the Marketing team.

Product Marketing Manager

Product Designer

• Guiding several diverse design approaches and validating solutions with prototypes, internal and external usability testing, and quantitative/qualitative customer research.
• Driving collaboration with Product Managers to define user problems and produce designs during all stages of the product life cycle — from the discovery of opportunities to the delivery of customer value.
• Facilitating collaboration for conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of the user-centered design process.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to make product and design decisions inducted by research findings, market trends, business goals, and product design sense.
• Transforming divergent low-fidelity wireframe concepts, rapidly progressing into high-fidelity UI prototypes including design interactions, platform conventions, best practices and design rationale while narrowing down scope to validated solutions.

• Initiate user research initiatives, using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the usability of design solutions and reduce our assumptions.

Senior Product Designer

Account Executive

• Identify and prioritize target K-12 schools and districts with music programs, leveraging market research and industry insights
• Work closely with the Business Development Team to develop sales pipeline from prospective new accounts
• Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels
• Make outbound calls, conduct product demos, and make proactive visits to pre-selected strategic target customers resulting in increased sales
• Educate prospects on our products, services, and the specific benefits
• Handle objections and identify opportunities to demonstrate value to prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generating and cold prospecting efforts, to managing and staying on top of your pipeline to deal negotiations and close

• Manage, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and meet retention and expansion goals.
• Own and improve strategies that increase renewal rates, product adoption, and account expansion - aligned with MakeMusic customer success metrics.
• Own team pipeline tracking and forecasting in close partnership with sales leadership to ensure accurate projections and strategic planning.
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, sales, support, adoptions, and product to champion the voice of the customer and drive continuous improvement across the customer journey. Assist with refinement and development of customer onboarding processes and training programs with cross-functional teams, to ensure smooth product adoption and value realization.
• Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance customer loyalty/stickiness, satisfaction, and ultimately long-term value (LTV) realization.
• Refine customer success playbooks, tooling, and reporting to drive efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the product development team, driving innovation and improving our product and customer experience.
• Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities for your team. Empower them to own outcomes while building trust and accountability.
• Balance leadership duties with hands-on work managing your own book of business. Step into customer conversations as needed to support your team and demonstrate best-in-class success practices.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of pipeline, activities, account health, and performance metrics using our CRM. Use data to inform team priorities and customer strategy.
• Proactively engage with customers to address challenges, understand their evolving needs, and ensure they are fully utilizing the benefits of MakeMusic as well as cross-sell potential into our other Music Brands offerings
• Manage and own an assigned book of business, that holds a renewal and expansion quota, tied to yearly compensation.

Manager, Customer Success

Vice President

• Build and execute the revenue strategy to accelerate new customer acquisition, expand existing relationships, and maximize retention across B2B and B2B2C SaaS businesses.
• Inspire, mentor, and scale high-performing Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Coach Match teams, creating alignment and accountability across the full customer lifecycle.
• Forecast accurately, establish KPIs, and track performance against goals — while refining sales processes, optimizing onboarding, or improving customer support workflows as needed.
• Oversee the full lifecycle from initial sale through implementation, onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewal — ensuring every interaction creates value for coaches, athletes, and partners.
• Partner with Account Management to unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities, deepen retention, and grow lifetime value.
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver market insights, shape GTM strategy, and ensure product-market fit.
• Leverage tools, data, and AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency, improve team performance, and scale revenue operations.

Account Manager

• Leverage proactive outreach and Customer Success playbooks to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on efforts to forecast and identify growth opportunities within your territory.
• Respond to inbound communications in a timely fashion and, in coordination with the Implementation and Support team, provide training and support when needed to assigned accounts.
• Anticipate consumer needs and behavior and attempt to defuse difficult situations by staying on top of accounts and serving as the main point of contact for clients.
• Grow assigned book of business by proactively servicing customers' needs, using data and critical thinking to identify opportunities for deeper and broader adoption of products.
• Meet or exceed a quota of renewals and expansions.
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of changes such as point of contact, contract updates, activities, notes, and renewals in Zendesk Sell.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with current customers as part of the expansion motion and provide updated information about new or improved products to make upsells.
• Monitor client accounts, listen to customer feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction, acting as a representative of the customer internally.
• In coordination with Implementation and Support, conduct demos of the product to illustrate solutions and drive retention and expansion.
• Collaborate among direct team members and across the brand to contribute to a Community of Best Practices and execute on large scale campaigns as directed by the Senior Manager, Customer Success.
• Report to the Senior Manager, Customer Success and work closely with the Account Management, Implementation, and Support teams.
