Data Analyst

• Design and lead end-to-end analytics projects addressing strategic business questions across P&C underwriting, claims, distribution, and client experience

• Designing, implementing, and administering the organization's compensation programs
• Ensure all compensation structures, including base pay, incentive programs, and equity plans, are internally equitable, externally competitive, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support total rewards strategy and workforce planning
• Conduct regular reviews of compensation programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with business goals

Client Services Representative

• Leads, manages, and oversees underwriting and service operations delivering outsourced insurance solutions on behalf of multiple carrier partners across commercial and personal lines of business.
• Provides strategic and operational leadership to underwriting and call center teams with a strong focus on underwriting excellence, profitability, and execution accuracy.
• Responsible for managing carrier relationships, operational performance, and financial outcomes, including accountability for P&L performance, underwriting quality, and achievement of contractual service standards.
• Directs and profitably manages all aspects of underwriting and call center operations to meet established standards.
• Develops and maintains positive, professional and constructive relationships with carrier partners.
• Coaches direct reports through regular feedback to provide effective supervision and handling of team member issues including performance, discipline, separation and completion of 30-60-90 Annual performance evaluations, in a timely manner.

Director, Underwriting – Client Services, P&C

Compliance

• Build, own, and operate AAM’s compliance program for a modern, fast-growing advisory business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Establish a robust, right-sized program aligned to the Advisers Act and industry best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain AAM’s Advisers Act compliance program (Rule 206(4)-7), including risk assessment, policies and procedures, compliance calendar, testing/surveillance, issues management, and the annual review with written reporting to leadership.
• Maintain a comprehensive conflicts of interest inventory and compliance risk register.
• Run or participate in compliance and risk committee meetings; deliver regular compliance reporting/metrics to AAM and Apex leadership.
• Own and maintain regulatory filings: Form ADV Parts 1 and 2A/2B, Form CRS, state notice filings, IARD/CRD maintenance, and investment adviser representative registrations/updates.
• Manage other applicable securities filings and notifications as required by AAM’s activities.
• Serve as the lead for SEC and state examinations and inquiries: readiness, document production, interview prep, responses, and remediation.
• Oversee compliance with the SEC Marketing Rule (Rule 206(4)-1).
