Product Manager

• Lead the Project Management team under the direction of the VP of Product Management.
• Coordinate with the VP of Product Management on organizational planning, talent development, and team structure.
• Translate priorities from Product Management into actionable plans and direction for the Project Management team.
• Drive best practices, consistency, and excellence across PMO activities.
• Create, maintain, and deliver key project management artifacts, such as project plans, stakeholder status reports, RAIL logs, risk mitigation plans, scope management tools, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate resourcing, proper sequencing, and clarity on project priorities.
• Provide timely, consistent reporting and communication to internal teams (e.g., Professional Services, Sales, Management) and external customers.
• Proactively monitor project progress and performance across multiple initiatives and geographical regions, implementing adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and conduct gate meetings to review software deliverables.
• Facilitate efficient team meetings, define action items, and drive accountability through follow-up.
• Provide executive updates with clear recommended actions when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
• Has a detailed understanding of the organization’s strategic priorities and is able to independently apply these in the daily course of business.
• Apply industry best practices, methodologies, tools and standards for professional Project Management.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Project Management processes and tools.
• Be flexible to work odd hours as needed to accommodate team members & customers in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Manager, Product Management – Product Manager IV

• Analyze competitors and map offerings across key verticals.
• Turn findings into clear, data-driven recommendations for pricing, packaging, and positioning.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Strategy Manager, Technical Product Manager, Marketing, and UX/UI team.
• Deliver a recurring Competitive Pulse - concise, actionable insight shared with Product, Sales, Marketing, and UX.
• Measure how competitive and market intelligence influence roadmap decisions, win rate, and service adoption.

Billing Specialist

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries, account maintenance, cancellations, and payment resolution.
• Support high-volume customer interactions through phone, chat, and email.
• Deliver exceptional service while ensuring billing accuracy.
• Process billing updates, account changes, cancellations, and refunds in internal systems.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism, clarity, and timely follow-up.
• Review and resolve failed or past-due payments using Stripe.
• Verify and apply customer billing discounts accurately across systems.
• Maintain accurate logs, trackers, and documentation of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Accounting teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Support monthly chain billing activities including payment confirmation, reconciliation, and account updates.

Collections

• Collect outstanding payments
• Resolve billing discrepancies

• Initiate collection calls and follow-ups on all assigned past-due accounts
• Review and analyze aging reports to prioritize collection efforts effectively
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to address collections for key accounts

• Escalate complex collection issues as appropriate

• Drive the evolution of PDI's managed security and networking service portfolio
• Vet emerging MSSP and MSP solutions

Technical Product Owner

• Shape product vision, features and requirements while working closely with engineering Scrum teams, Product Manager, customers, and stakeholders.
• Manage the team backlog, break down user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work to optimize business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally and share progress towards product delivery with the organization and user community.
• On-boarding and training of new Product Owners.
• Coach other teams and POs on agile topics such as user story writing and story splitting.
• Work closely with system users (customers, partners, consulting) to understand product needs and translate into actionable user stories.
• Manage team backlog in ALM tools such as Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Stay aligned with product management on product vision, roadmaps and priorities and ensure backlogs are properly balanced between product and maintenance.
