Product Manager

• Set & drive the product roadmap for the POS portfolio by gathering customer input
• Track market trends and work with Regional Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to identify key market drivers and opportunities
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure product viability & on-time delivery
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs to prioritize and manage the portfolio ensuring value, usability, and feasibility
• Manage the entire product life cycle from conception to sunset/EOL.

Customer Support

• Provide fuel inventory management and accounting services for customers
• Actively monitor designated customer’s tank readings
• Plan deliveries as indicated by current fuel level and average daily usage
• Monitor market direction and adjust delivery time as necessary
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage fuel deliveries to customer locations
• Build strong relationships with suppliers & carriers
• Receive customer calls/emails, engaging with a warm, pleasant, and helpful attitude
• Identify customer problems and resolve timely either directly or through other departments
• Review customer’s bulk fuel vendor invoice exceptions and correct errors
• Manage statements and ensure vendors are paid timely
