• Lead and support a distributed team of 6 engineers across backend, frontend, data, and DevOps

Software Engineer IV – Cybersecurity Platform Engineering

Performance Marketing

• Build, configure, and launch multichannel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) within the Braze platform.
• Understand and manage how customer data flows across systems, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting.
• Design and execute customer journey-based campaigns (e.g., onboarding, loyalty, retention, promotional flows).
• Develop dynamic, personalized communication paths based on user behavior, timing, and engagement.
• Support campaign testing, QA, and deployment best practices to ensure high-quality execution.

• Set & drive the product roadmap for the POS portfolio by gathering customer input
