• You are responsible for managing and executing our end-to-end recruiting process in close coordination with hiring managers and business units, acting as a trusted advisor for your teams.
• Shape a first-class candidate journey and ensure applicants feel comfortable with us.
• In addition to recruiting, you will contribute to other exciting projects and support the onboarding of new colleagues — for example, our Welcome Days.
• You enjoy challenging the status quo and proactively contribute new ideas to continuously improve our recruiting processes and methods.

Recruiter – fixed-term (1 year)

• Analyze existing system landscapes and define BTP architectures.
• Derive technical and functional requirements.
• Create solution designs for integrations, extensions, and cloud workloads.
• Support migration and innovation projects.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and technical reviews.
• Advise on security and identity management (IAS/IPS, OAuth, trust).
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support operational concepts, e.g., multi-tenancy, tenant isolation and governance.
• Integrate SAP and non‑SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite.

Junior SAP BTP Consultant

Product Manager

• Product backlog management: Detailed elaboration, prioritization and maintenance of the backlog based on the roadmap provided by the Product Manager.
• Requirements definition: Creation of precise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team (approx. 10 people).
• Interface to the team: Daily collaboration and close coordination with the agile development team; primary point of contact for implementation-related questions.
• Sprint planning & review: Responsible for sprint planning, acceptance of implemented features, and conducting sprint reviews.
• Alignment with the Product Manager: Regular communication to ensure backlog prioritization reflects strategic objectives (product vision/roadmap).

Backend Engineer

• Software Development im Fokus: Entwicklung innovativer Web- und App-Anwendungen für Mittelstandskunden.
• Zusammenarbeit in Scrum-Teams in einem Mix aus Remote und Vor Ort-Arbeit.
• Arbeiten mit einem breiten Tech Stack (Backend, Frontend, Serverless, Cloud-native Services).

Cloud Engineer

• Als erfahrener Engineer begleitest du unsere Kunden auf ihrer digitalen Transformationsreise und stehst ihnen zu allen technischen Fragen rund um Google Workspace zur Seite.
• Mithilfe deines technischen Know Hows kümmerst du dich eigenständig sowie im Team um die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Google Workspace Migrationen in unterschiedlichen Systemumgebungen (z. B. Google Workspace zu Google Workspace, Microsoft zu Google Workspace etc.).
• Im Rahmen deiner Projekte verantwortest du die Erstellung von Proof of Concepts, technische Kickoffs sowie Trainings für die IT-Administrator:innen unserer Kunden.
• Als Tech Expert:in leitest du eigenverantwortlich deine Projekte und arbeitest selbstständig mit den Teams unserer Kunden zusammen.
