About the role
- Drive new revenue growth by selling embedded finance solutions into vertical SaaS platforms
- Source, close, and manage new SaaS partner relationships seeking to embed payments, credit, and other financial services
- Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, business cases, and deal structures
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and go-to-market
- Build strong executive-level relationships with partner decision makers
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner activation and adoption campaigns
- Meet and exceed quota targets for revenue growth and new partner acquisition
- Develop and maintain relationships with new partners and support partner growth strategies
- Initiate regular contact to understand partner needs and communicate them to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree (posted) and also listed 5–7 years' experience in sales or business development in fintech, SaaS, or payments
- Understanding of embedded finance, SaaS monetization, and payment processing economics
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close mid-to-large complex deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Self-starter, results-oriented, with a passion for innovation in financial services
- Experience collaborating with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and establish trusted provider status
