About the role
- Design and execute go-to-market strategy for Drive’s next billion dollar venture
- Find product-market fit, set pricing, explore competitive landscape, and run tests to prove hypotheses for new merchant-facing products
- Set and own core goals for the business and drive volume and profitability objectives
- Develop and foster deep relationships with top priority merchant partners; serve as key merchant point of contact within the Strategic Initiatives team
- Guide operational improvements for merchant partners by understanding their needs and working with internal partners to design solutions
- Steer the Drive product roadmap informed by quantitative analysis and qualitative merchant feedback
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales and Account Management to drive growth and scale
- Evaluate and test various revenue, cost and quality drivers to inform experiments and decisions
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- You have 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations
- High-growth/early-stage startup or entrepreneurial experience is a big plus
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinker who can provide applicable recommendations out of a complex, sometimes murky, dataset
- Bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership and create plans from scratch
- Charisma and ability to connect with Merchants and internal teams to promote products and drive adoption
- Crave responsibility and willingness to get hands dirty and be open to feedback
