Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of strategic customers and drive retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead commercial conversations, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual account growth plans to maximize customer value.
• Deliver executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and customer presentations with clear business impact and compelling storytelling.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve challenges, drive customer outcomes, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track customer health, opportunities, and pipeline activity within CRM systems, maintaining accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Create customer success stories, case studies, and advocacy opportunities to showcase business impact.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive long-term customer success.

Account Specialist

• Manage and grow a large portfolio of existing client relationships
• Expand relationships to drive retention, cross-sell, and upsell
• Perform outbound outreach, including cold calls, to activate customers and create commercial opportunities
• Design and execute multi-channel strategies for large customer segments
• Own the growth pipeline from outreach and opportunity creation through deal execution and closing
