About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and own the global sales operating model, including playbooks, sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, and best practices.
- Partner with regional sales managers to drive execution and strengthen leadership capabilities.
- Build and optimize the global sales infrastructure, including CRM processes and reporting.
- Design and manage global compensation, incentive, and recognition programs.
- Foster a high-performance coaching culture with established global standards for training and talent development.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with various teams for improved customer journey and sales effectiveness.
- Monitor global sales performance, pipeline health, and strategic initiatives providing actionable insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in a senior sales leadership, GTM programs, or commercial excellence role – with a clear track record of building global or multi-regional sales infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying global sales playbooks that have been adopted across multiple regions or hubs.
- Proven track record building global analytics frameworks and performance management systems.
- Hands-on experience designing commission structures and compensation frameworks in partnership with Finance and HR.
- Experience building and running incentive programs worldwide.
- Deep expertise in partnering with and enabling on-the-ground sales managers.
- Experience collaborating with sales platforms, CRM, and operations teams.
- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or high-velocity tech sales environments.
- Experience owning QBR structure, forecasting cadence, and pipeline review processes across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
