About the role

  • - Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and SaaS applications
  • - Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • - Support operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity tools
  • - Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system
  • - Support and maintain cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Slack, etc….);
  • - Manage user access, permissions, and identity services (e.g., Google SSO, IAM)
  • - Assist with cloud-based backups, monitoring, and security best practices
  • - Support SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, etc.
  • - Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
  • - Assist with network security controls and access management
  • - Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning)
  • - Maintain accurate asset inventory records and ensure compliance
  • - Coordinate device provisioning, replacements, and returnsSupport onboarding and offboarding processes
  • - Follow IT security policies and best practices
  • - Assist with endpoint protection, patching, and vulnerability remediation (e.g., SentinelOne, Kandji/Iru MDM)Support audits and compliance requirements as needed

Requirements

  • - Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • - 3+ years provided support in the form of Linux\Windows\Mac OS architecture
  • - Experience with automation engineering, switches and network technologies
  • - SaaS / Cloud experience (Google Workplace / Slack / 1Password / SSO)
  • - Strong understanding of system and application integration, as well automation engineering
  • - Able to work off hours for maintenance and projects
  • - Python or other language at a Novice level or higher
