Support the wider sales team and manage communications between Paxton and customers in the Greenville territory.
Collaborate weekly with the outside territory manager to develop and execute strategies for territory success.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, distributors, and external contacts within the territory.
Act as contact for all distribution branches, handling inquiries related to pricing, quotes, expedites, and challenges.
Make outgoing calls daily to new and existing customers and provide detailed meeting reports summarizing discussions and next steps.
Prioritize working with outside sales to fill training classes, confirm attendance, and follow up with attendees.
Follow up on leads generated from trade shows, training sessions, and other events.
Take responsibility for territory growth and meeting quarterly/annual targets set with management.
Conduct customer meetings and attend trade shows in the territory at least once every four months.
Stay informed on all hardware and software (UI), delivering pitches and webinars to customers.
Provide support to customers facing technical or support challenges; coordinate with the Support team and other departments and escalate sensitive concerns as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar or sales based role, managing your own client base with KPIs & targets.
