Account Executive

• Support the wider sales team and manage communications between Paxton and customers in the Greenville territory.
• Collaborate weekly with the outside territory manager to develop and execute strategies for territory success.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, distributors, and external contacts within the territory.
• Act as contact for all distribution branches, handling inquiries related to pricing, quotes, expedites, and challenges.
• Make outgoing calls daily to new and existing customers and provide detailed meeting reports summarizing discussions and next steps.
• Prioritize working with outside sales to fill training classes, confirm attendance, and follow up with attendees.
• Follow up on leads generated from trade shows, training sessions, and other events.
• Take responsibility for territory growth and meeting quarterly/annual targets set with management.
• Conduct customer meetings and attend trade shows in the territory at least once every four months.
• Stay informed on all hardware and software (UI), delivering pitches and webinars to customers.
• Provide support to customers facing technical or support challenges; coordinate with the Support team and other departments and escalate sensitive concerns as needed.

• Providing end-to-end HR advice and support to managers, including formal procedures and casework.
• Producing and analysing HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Leading on culture and wellbeing conversations following employee survey results, and working with managers to drive improvements.
• Maintaining and developing the HR database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection and cyber security standards.
• Supporting the drafting, communication, and training of HR policy updates and legislative changes.
• Coaching managers to build capability and confidence in handling HR matters.
• Planning and delivering wellbeing events in collaboration with the Events Manager and EDI Group.
• Coordinating activities of Paxton’s mental health first aiders with the Health & Safety Manager.
• Acting as a visible and positive role model across our Brighton and Eastbourne sites.
• Working on cross-functional projects to build capability and promote the HR brand.
• Providing hands-on HR support across a broad range of HR activities in the Brighton HR team.

HR Advisor

Customer Support

• First point of contact providing advice and technical support to UK customers.
• Deliver accurate technical product support to UK installers or customers via phone, email, or webchat.
• Handle sales or returns process requests.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve installation issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with other teams within Paxton to trial and test new products or features.
• Be hands on with products and technology from day one.

Technical Customer Service Advisor

Electrical Engineer

• Design and create scalable, secure, and optimised embedded software systems.
• Developing and modifying firmware architectures for technologies like ARM Cortex-A/M, RTOS, SPI, I2C, UART, WIEGAND, and Raspberry Pi.
• Designing, testing, and debugging electronic circuits and PCB layouts using tools like Circuit Studio, Proteus, Multimeters, and Oscilloscopes.
• Collaborating with the Development team to propose solutions, identify risks, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Communicating technical changes effectively and supporting team members in their deliverables.
• Attending monthly onsite team meetings in Eastbourne to discuss products, improvements and future developments.
