About the role
- Own calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and meeting logistics
- Lead and support special projects from concept to execution
- Coordinate OKRs, board materials, and budget oversight
- Draft internal/external communications and prepare presentations
- Facilitate L10s, All Hands, and stakeholder engagement rhythms
- Act as a trusted confidant and strategic sounding board for executive(s)
- Manage rhythm-of-business operations and drive strategic initiatives to shape the organization
Requirements
- 8+ years in a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confidence, initiative, and a light-hearted approach to change
- Ability to synthesize complex information and solve problems
- Respectful, adaptable, and proactive mindset
- Comfortable with a mix of productivity tools and remote collaboration
- AI proficiency is a plus
