Administration

• Assisting in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to construction projects.
• Reviews, comments, logs and tracks a variety of contract and legal documents.

Contracts Administrator

Payroll

• Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with applicable regulations, including prevailing wage requirements.
• Administer certified payroll reporting for subhaulers and independent owner-operators.
• Audit payroll records to verify accuracy, proper worker classification, fringe benefits, and hours worked.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Utilize and maintain reporting systems, including but not limited to: LCP Tracker, DIR, PRISM Reporting, OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) reporting platforms, Elation Systems and EMARS.
• Communicate with subcontractors, subhaulers, and owner-operators to ensure understanding of reporting requirements and compliance obligations.
• Provide guidance and support during onboarding and ongoing certified payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate, organized payroll and compliance records for audit readiness.
• Monitor adherence to applicable labor compliance regulations, including prevailing wage laws (e.g., Davis-Bacon and related acts, where applicable).
• Coordinate with both internal and external customers to ensure compliance with jobs, including but not limited to customers, general contractors, subcontractors and government agencies.
• Handles employees' inquiries regarding payroll checks or deductions on their paychecks.

Payroll Administrator

Project Manager

• Manages all aspects of the assigned project, including production, invoicing, budget, and client relations; to ensure compliance with the project contract.
• Develops and manages schedule, change orders, project procedures, and equipment resources needed to complete accurate and timely project production.
• Develops and manages the project manpower and milestones for each phase of production, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of project objectives.
• Engages with all relevant stakeholders proactively, including business partners, general contractors, customers and regulatory bodies that will have influence over project success.
• Coordinates with operations team to identify project risk and negotiate change orders with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project production.
• Where relevant, presents monthly project reports to the senior leadership team.
• Supports and promotes project safety by ensuring compliance with the project safety program and required owner safety.
• Reviews weekly safety reports and participates in monthly safety review meetings with project personnel.
• Reviews and approves manpower and equipment needs for efficient and effective project production.
• Negotiates dispute and provides resolutions with the relevant stakeholders.
• Provides input on equipment procurement methods and contracts to ensure efficient and effective project production.
• Leads project closeout procedures, finalizing contract paperwork, obtaining retainages and working with management to resolve any project claims.
• Leads project debrief cycle to review all aspects of project work and completion.
• Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.

Construction Project Manager II

Human Resources

• Provides HR support across the company
• Acts as a liaison between employee, brokers, and insurance providers to resolve benefits issues
• Ensure benefits compliance and reporting needed by State and Federal agencies in conjunction with the support from benefits broker
• Responsible for providing hands-on management and direction for the day-to-day operations and administration of the benefits area, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, FSA, and 401K
• Collaborates with the HR Manager to drive core HR process excellence across the organization including talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance management, employee engagement, employee and leadership development and employee communications
• Organize and coordinate recruiting process (create ads, manage on-line postings/ATS, schedule interviews, administer assessments, extend offers, prepare new hire paperwork)
• Organize and implement the onboarding process for new hires (conduct orientation, present and explain benefit offerings, and provide employees with a welcoming and inclusive experience)
• Assess potential candidates for fit within position (skills, education, competency, culture alignment)
• Assist HR Manager in maintaining departmental budget
• Provide employee relations support for employees and managers, including resolving issues
• Manage and track leave of absences
• Performs advanced employee relations functions including support and counseling regarding personnel and job-related conflicts, problem solving and dispute resolution, and managing employee performance issues

• Ensures all vendor tickets are coded correctly and submitted to accounts payable for payment
• Assists Project Coordinator with accurate invoicing for services provided to customers
• Submits project cost reports to management and operations daily
• Reconciles company credit card transactions and expense reports for field personnel

• Partners with hiring managers and administration to identify personnel needs and then develop detailed and compliant job descriptions for appropriate job positions
