Operations

• You will support the Partner & Payments team in day-to-day operational tasks related to cost coverage, reimbursements and care fund processes.
• You will process and document cases, assist in following up on open items and ensure that relevant information is accurately maintained in our systems.
• You will maintain relevant data in our internal systems and ensure information is complete and recorded correctly.
• You will assist with communication and coordination with internal teams and, depending on the topic, with external partners such as care funds.
• You will create and update overviews, lists and basic analyses in Google Sheets or Excel.
• You will identify recurring patterns, sources of error or ambiguities in daily operations, propose improvements and help implement them.
• You will support the documentation and standardization of existing processes, for example in guidelines, checklists or process overviews.

• Own internal platforms, integrations, automations, and data flows (excluding BI)
• Own Salesforce and Chargebee as products, including objects, flows and automations
• Define, prioritize, and drive internal system improvements
• Structure, filter, and prioritize internal requests for Engineering
• Write clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and integration tests
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Chargebee and internal systems
• Own Zapier processes and integration architecture

• Support Accounts Payable processes, by reconciling expenses, preparing documentation and helping with DATEV exports
• Assist with the monthly and yearly closing process and help improve and automate recurring workflow
• Support financial analysis tasks, such as plan vs. actual comparisons and cost center tracking
• Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and reporting, including tasks related to investor reporting
