About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You take ownership of our web-based applications (webshop, Customer Portal, back office)
  • Together with the CTPO and the product team, you develop products that provide people with security in critical moments
  • You validate needs through user research and customer conversations and translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog
  • You follow a data-driven approach for all product decisions: you measure KPIs after each release, systematically analyze user feedback, and draw clear conclusions for the next iteration
  • You understand complex customer processes, design thoughtful workflows from them, and create an outstanding user experience (UX)
  • With experience in subscription models and billing systems (e.g., Stripe) and a strong sense for e-commerce, CRO and A/B testing, you make our webshop a growth driver
  • Together with the CTPO, you actively shape the web product strategy
  • As a bridge between stakeholders, engineers, and QA, you communicate goals and updates, coordinate releases, and remove blockers
  • You test features hands-on, support Customer Support with troubleshooting, and oversee QA processes through to release
  • You use AI tools for faster prototyping and the generation of user interfaces (UI)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on web applications
  • You have worked in a startup or small team — with fast execution, changing requirements, and a lot of scope to shape the product
  • You are demonstrably data-driven — KPIs, analytics, and user feedback form the basis of your product decisions
  • You have experience with customer processes as well as UX/UI design and prototyping (e.g., Figma)
  • You are familiar with e-commerce/webshop environments including CRO and A/B testing
  • You practice excellent stakeholder management and create alignment and clarity, even in complex situations
  • You are confident using modern product, design, and analytics tools (e.g., Figma, Hotjar, Miro, Mixpanel, Jira) as well as AI tools in the product process
  • You are fluent in German and English
