About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support the Partner & Payments team in day-to-day operations related to cost coverage, reimbursements, and care fund processes
You will process and document cases, assist with follow-up on open items, and ensure that relevant information is accurately maintained in our systems
You will maintain relevant data in our internal systems and ensure information is recorded completely and correctly
You will assist with communication and coordination with internal teams and, depending on the topic, with external partners such as care funds
You will create and update overviews, lists, and simple analyses in Google Sheets or Excel
You will identify recurring patterns, sources of errors, or unclear issues in daily operations, propose improvements, and help implement them
You will support the documentation and standardization of existing processes, for example in guidelines, checklists, or process overviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently studying, have already completed your studies, or are in a gap year
Ideally you are studying Business Administration, Health Management, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a comparable subject
You work carefully and in a structured way and keep an overview even when handling many parallel cases
You are highly meticulous, reliable, and detail-oriented and comfortable working with forms, applications, spreadsheets, and structured processes
You think analytically, recognize patterns, and communicate clearly and assertively
You communicate clearly, politely, and reliably – both internally and in writing
You have fluent German skills (C2) and good English skills (at least B2)
Desirable: First experience in Operations, Backoffice, case handling, Customer Support, Administration, or a comparable environment
