About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will support the Partner & Payments team in day-to-day operations related to cost coverage, reimbursements, and care fund processes
  • You will process and document cases, assist with follow-up on open items, and ensure that relevant information is accurately maintained in our systems
  • You will maintain relevant data in our internal systems and ensure information is recorded completely and correctly
  • You will assist with communication and coordination with internal teams and, depending on the topic, with external partners such as care funds
  • You will create and update overviews, lists, and simple analyses in Google Sheets or Excel
  • You will identify recurring patterns, sources of errors, or unclear issues in daily operations, propose improvements, and help implement them
  • You will support the documentation and standardization of existing processes, for example in guidelines, checklists, or process overviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are currently studying, have already completed your studies, or are in a gap year
  • Ideally you are studying Business Administration, Health Management, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a comparable subject
  • You work carefully and in a structured way and keep an overview even when handling many parallel cases
  • You are highly meticulous, reliable, and detail-oriented and comfortable working with forms, applications, spreadsheets, and structured processes
  • You think analytically, recognize patterns, and communicate clearly and assertively
  • You communicate clearly, politely, and reliably – both internally and in writing
  • You have fluent German skills (C2) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Desirable: First experience in Operations, Backoffice, case handling, Customer Support, Administration, or a comparable environment
