About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You take ownership of our mobile products (iOS, Android and smartwatch apps) and play a key role in shaping Patronus’s growth.
- Together with the CTPO and the product team, you develop products that give people security in critical moments.
- In this role you will work with a high degree of ownership, short decision paths and direct influence on strategy and product — delivering the best customer experience for our users.
- You validate needs through user research and customer interviews and translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and a prioritized backlog.
- You apply a data-driven approach to all product decisions: after every release you measure KPIs, systematically analyze user feedback and draw clear conclusions for the next iteration.
- You understand complex customer journeys, design thoughtful workflows from them, and thereby create an outstanding user experience (UX).
- With a good sense for app metrics, retention and A/B testing, you increase activation and engagement — making our apps a growth driver.
- Together with the CTPO you actively shape the mobile product strategy.
- As a bridge between stakeholders, engineers and QA, you communicate goals and updates, coordinate releases and remove blockers.
- You test features hands-on, support customer support with troubleshooting and accompany QA processes through to release.
- You use AI tools for faster prototyping and generating user interfaces (UI) — from the initial idea to a testable design.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager with a focus on mobile applications (iOS, Android, smartwatch).
- You have worked in a startup or small team and feel comfortable in an environment with rapid execution, changing requirements and a lot of scope for shaping the product.
- You have a generalist mindset and make independent decisions across UX, technology and prioritization. You work hands-on, proactively and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You have a proven data-driven working style: KPIs, analytics and user feedback form the basis of every product decision for you.
- You excel at stakeholder management and create alignment and clarity even in complex situations.
- You are proficient with modern product and analytics tools such as Figma, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Miro and Jira.
- You are curious and open to using AI tools in the product development process.
- You have experience in UX/UI design and creating prototypes, for example with Figma.
- You have native-level German (C2) and very good English skills (at least C1).
