Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Develop, manage, and continuously improve Excel-based dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, member engagement, and internal operational efficiency.
Own the data lifecycle: collect, validate, organize, and analyze data using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, charts/graphs, macros) and translate findings into actionable insights.
Continuously evaluate and apply AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and improve decision-making processes.
Integrate AI tools into daily team operations.
Support all aspects of TRUE Network events, both virtual and in-person.
Maintain and refine distribution lists; manage bulk emails to ensure timely, accurate delivery to target audience.
Collaborate with the team to manage TRUE calendar content on the company website.
Generate and distribute company invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in developing presentation materials, including data visualizations and performance summaries.
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
Requirements
High School degree or GED required; Associates degree in business or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a similar operational support role required; experience in the employee benefits industry preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively convey information clearly to a variety of audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex scenarios and propose practical solutions.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
