About the role
- Support Patreon's top mid-market creators through a strategic, relationship-driven approach focused on long-term retention
- Manage a focused portfolio of creators in a high-touch 1:1 capacity
- Partner closely with a Program Operations Manager for scaled retention programming
- Provide tailored recommendations and guide creators through critical moments in their business
- Define how Patreon retains its most impactful mid-market creators by influencing best practices and partnering cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Experience managing high-touch creator or customer relationships
- Experience in environments blending 1:1 relationship management with scaled approaches
- Strong track record supporting retention, account health, or long-term growth through strategic guidance
- Data-informed and proactive in identifying early signals of risk or opportunity
- Strong communicator able to navigate complex, emotional, or high-stakes conversations with empathy.
