• design email series, run office hours, publish newsletters, and build 1:many programming touchpoints that feel personal at scale
• know when to step in when a creator in your cohort needs more (i.e. a growth conversation, a product walkthrough, a real human in their corner)

• Own and deliver well-scoped Android product feature milestones that help creators create content on Patreon
• Drive technical design of components that are scalable, well tested and are easy to maintain
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, designers, and other engineers to deliver high quality features
• Champion innovative solutions that enhance the usability and engagement with discovery features
