About the role

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for the Contact Center, owning the process from sourcing to offer for multiple roles
  • Analyze hiring data to improve outcomes and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and exceed expectations
  • Maintain the ATS, refresh job ads, and enhance employer brand
  • Create engaging Careers site, Indeed, Glassdoor, and social media content
  • Shape and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the company's values
  • Report to the Human Resources Director and work on a small HR team

Requirements

  • Ideally, 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (experience can substitute for a degree on a 1:1 basis)
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
  • A creative mindset for attracting top talent in new and exciting ways
  • A passion for people, process, and continuous improvement
  • Preference will be given to candidates who live in the Eastern and Central Time Zones
