About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for the Contact Center, owning the process from sourcing to offer for multiple roles
- Analyze hiring data to improve outcomes and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and exceed expectations
- Maintain the ATS, refresh job ads, and enhance employer brand
- Create engaging Careers site, Indeed, Glassdoor, and social media content
- Shape and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the company's values
- Report to the Human Resources Director and work on a small HR team
Requirements
- Ideally, 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (experience can substitute for a degree on a 1:1 basis)
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
- A creative mindset for attracting top talent in new and exciting ways
- A passion for people, process, and continuous improvement
- Preference will be given to candidates who live in the Eastern and Central Time Zones
