Support recruiting & onboarding activities by processing verbal offers and completing administrative audits of new hire data
Upload new hire documentation within SelectQuote systems
Provide administrative support to the team to assist in creating and presenting various reports and other special projects
Support day-one training class check-ins
Assist with tracking offer letters and tracking candidates in the applicant tracking system
Partner with vendors on background checks
Develop and present data and reporting as needed
Perform special projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of related experience in a high volume administrative/support capacity
Excellent organizational skills communication skills and administration support skills
Customer-service-oriented energetic and positive working attitude
Ability to prioritize and complete projects by assigned deadlines
Ability to maintain consistent schedule
Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites
